The BlueShip Invoice Portal

Welcome to the Customer Invoice Portal

The Customer Invoice Portal is a secure, self-service website that allows you to view, download, and pay your invoices online. It provides a single place to access your billing information, track invoice status, and manage payments—anytime, anywhere.

This portal enhances your existing invoice experience by giving you greater visibility into your invoices and helping you resolve billing questions faster.

What You Can Do in the Portal

If your company is enabled for portal access, you can:

  • View all of your invoices in one place, including open, sent, and paid invoices
  • Search and filter invoices by invoice number, status, date, and other details
  • View single‑shipment or consolidated invoices
  • Download invoice documents (PDF or CSV, when available)
  • Review invoice balances and aging
  • Submit payments online (for eligible customers)

The portal is designed to make it easier to find the information you need without contacting support.

How the Portal Works

Invoices Are Created
Invoices are generated after shipments are processed and billing is completed.

Invoices Are Available Online
Once an invoice is issued, it becomes available on the Customer Invoice Portal.

You Log in Securely
Authorized users can log in to the portal to view invoice details and documents.

You Take Action
From the portal, you can download invoices, review balances, and submit payments if enabled.

Access to the Portal
Portal access is provided to authorized customer users. If you believe your company should have access or needs additional users, contact your Account Manager.

Payments
Online payment options may be available depending on your account setup. If enabled, you can submit payments directly through the portal using the available payment methods.
