The Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report serves as a framework for BlueGrace’s corporate policies that best reflect our attitude, values, and largely, our place in the world. Since BlueGrace’s inception in 2009, we have made strides to adapt and evolve environmental, social and governance reporting, policies and procedures. In 2023, however, we decided to synthesize the existing approach into a cohesive plan of action.

ESG at BlueGrace exists in various forms. We acknowledge this is a key component of our business and practice collaboration through committees on major efforts supporting DE&I and Women of BlueGrace initiatives and rely on executive officers to lead environmental and governance objectives.

BlueGrace has key initiatives in refining its approach to environmental and social policies. As we continue to expand on existing environmental and DEI strategies, BlueGrace also develops further governance protocols. This will ensure the company evolves to meet the scope of today’s ethics, compliance and security are met forthwith.
