BlueGrace Carrier Network FAQs

Becoming a carrier with BlueGrace means joining a trusted freight network where trucking companies and owner-operators have access to consistent load opportunities, transparent communication, and dedicated support. Once approved, carriers can view, book, and execute freight tenders matched to their equipment and operational needs. BlueGrace works closely with carriers to build long-term relationships rather than short-term transactions.

To apply, complete the carrier application form on the Become a Carrier page. You’ll be asked to provide your company and equipment details, operating authority (MC/DMV numbers), insurance documents, and W-9. After submission, our Carrier Relations team will review your application, verify credentials, and initiate onboarding. Most carriers hear back within 1–3 business days.

BlueGrace works with carriers that meet standard industry and regulatory requirements. Minimum requirements typically include a valid USDOT/MC number, proof of insurance with required coverage levels, a signed carrier agreement, and up-to-date authority status. Additional requirements may apply depending on load type and origin/destination states. Our onboarding team helps ensure all documentation is current and compliant.

Carriers partnered with BlueGrace are paid according to the terms outlined in their carrier agreement. BlueGrace offers fast, reliable settlement processes and can provide pay options such as direct deposit or factoring partner integrations. Payment timing depends on the agreed terms and submitted paperwork, but our goal is to ensure carriers receive prompt, accurate settlement after delivery confirmation and invoice submission.

BlueGrace works with a wide range of freight types and equipment classes, including dry van, refrigerated (reefer), flatbed, step deck, and specialized equipment. The specific freight available to a carrier depends on current network demand, your equipment type, and your preferred lanes. Our load board and tools make it easy to find freight that fits your truck and schedule.

Once a load is tendered, carriers receive detailed shipment information, including pickup/delivery locations, appointment times, accessorials, and required documentation.
