The mission of the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Council is to draw upon our Core Values to promote an enriching and supportive climate that allows all members of the community to thrive and succeed. We believe we are stronger together. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are woven into our
purpose and values, and we value our employees’ unique identities and experiences, including but not limited to disability, gender, gender expression, national origin, race and ethnicity, sexual orientation, and veteran status.

BlueGrace’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Council is a rotating group of employees that partner with the senior leadership team to develop and drive the DE&I initiatives. The group serves as a sounding board for the CEO and a voice for the employees in all diversity & inclusion related scenarios.

Women’s Initiative Network is a Business Resource Group lead by women to build bridges between women in a male-dominated environment. This group is open to all employees and focuses on building empowered and effective networks that generate opportunities for employees’ growth and promoting allyship.
