Bobby Harris founded BlueGrace Logistics in 2009 as a full service 3PL with a focus to provide high performance shipping technology. He earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida and has held various positions in operations and sales with Southeastern Freight Lines and Yellow Transportation. In 2011 and 2012, he was honored as one of Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year finalists; in 2014, he won Entrepreneur of the Year in the Emerging Category. Mr. Harris proudly supports the Humane Society of Tampa Bay as a member of the Advisory Council.
Adam Blankenship joined BlueGrace Logistics in early 2012. Mr. Blankenship brings over 20 years of transportation industry experience. He is responsible for developing the company’s strategic direction along with leading all aspects of the Bluegrace sales and client support organization. Prior to joining BlueGrace, Mr. Blankenship held senior executive roles focused in sales leadership, pricing, procurement, analytics and customer support at Central Transport as well as YRC. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri where he received both a B.S. in Finance and Masters of Business Administration. Mr. Blankenship is an avid sports fan, enjoys travel and spending time with his wife and four kids.
Mike Dolski joined BlueGrace Logistics in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. He has a diverse background with deep financial, corporate development and real estate experience with several Fortune 500 companies and Ernst & Young LLP. He received a B.S. in Accountancy from DePaul University, an MBA from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and was certified as a CPA in Illinois. He was named a Finalist for Tampa Bay Business Journal's CFO of the Year in 2014. Socially, Mr. Dolski is an avid jazz trumpet player and cyclist.
Mark Ford joined BlueGrace Logistics as COO, Carrier Sales in April of 2017. With over 20 years experience in the 3rd party logistics industry, Mark specializes in building freight execution teams. Mark was the first person hired to run the brokerage at Coyote Logistics, overseeing revenue from $0 to over $2 billion in the process. Prior to leaving Coyote, Mark managed a sales team of over 750 employees. Mr. Ford earned both a B.S. and M.S. in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. Mark and his wife and two children recently relocated to Tampa, FL. He is a minor-league baseball junkie and devoted Michigan State sports fan.
Matt Kemp joined BlueGrace Logistics in 2017. Mr. Kemp has an extensive background in business development, specializing in technology partnerships with large organizations. Early in his career, Matt worked in strategy and business development for Sears Roebuck, where he developed relationships with companies including America Online (AOL), Cisco Systems, eBay, and Amazon. In addition, he has successfully launched, managed, and sold a number of B2B and B2C marketing companies. Mr. Kemp earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
Justin joined BlueGrace in 2019. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Goldman Sachs Fellow. While at Harvard, Pinchback discovered his passion for management, organizations and problem solving, a combination that would lead him to Bain & Co., where he was a strategy consultant focused on human capital, M&A, and private equity. It was at Bain, when Justin ‘caught the talent bug’ when he began recruiting MBAs to join the firm as well.
Prior to Harvard and Bain, Justin worked in front line roles at top firms like HSBC and Moody’s. Pinchback studied Business and Economics in undergrad and earned his bachelors from SUNY Genseo in upstate New York. Justin lives in Chicago, IL with his wife and two children, where he spends most of his spare time traveling with family, coaching soccer and volunteering as the ‘Chief Talent Scout’ for Chicago KICS United, a growing soccer club on Chicago’s south side.
Robert Beckmann joined BlueGrace in 2010 as General Counsel. He has more than 25 years of experience working with and for Fortune 300 and privately held corporations as an in-house corporate generalist with specialties in mergers and acquisitions, franchise and real estate law. Robert received a B.S.B.A. in Accounting/Computer Information Systems and J.D. from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville, and a Masters of Corporate Law from New York University. He earned his ServiceMaster Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2004.
