Bobby Harris founded BlueGrace Logistics in 2009 as a full service 3PL with a focus to provide high performance shipping technology. He earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida and has held various positions in operations and sales with Southeastern Freight Lines and Yellow Transportation. In 2011 and 2012, he was honored as one of Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year finalists; in 2014, he won Entrepreneur of the Year in the Emerging Category. Mr. Harris proudly supports the Humane Society of Tampa Bay as a member of the Advisory Council.
Adam Blankenship joined BlueGrace Logistics in early 2012. Mr. Blankenship brings nearly 20 years of transportation industry experience. He is responsible for developing the company’s strategic direction, sales and franchise development efforts along with pricing, procurement and carrier relations. Prior to joining BlueGrace, Mr. Blankenship held senior executive roles at Central Transport and YRC. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri where he received both a B.S. in Finance and Masters of Business Administration. Mr. Blankenship is an avid sports fan, enjoys travel and spending time with his wife and four kids.
Randy Collack oversees several departments of BlueGrace Logistics as the Chief Strategy Officer and has been with BlueGrace since 2009. These departments include Customer Loyalty, Operations, and Enterprise Quality Assurance. Throughout his tenure with the company, he has been responsible for the growth of the sales and operations departments. He brings vast industry experience as the former President of PDT Trucking and has held senior positions with Express One and Preferred Shipping. He studied at Purdue University and has also earned his lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate. Mr. Collack is an avid poker player, competing in tournaments across the US.
Mike Dolski joined BlueGrace Logistics in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. He has a diverse background with deep financial, corporate development and real estate experience with several Fortune 500 companies and Ernst & Young LLP. He received a B.S. in Accountancy from DePaul University, an MBA from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and was certified as a CPA in Illinois. He was named a Finalist for Tampa Bay Business Journal's CFO of the Year in 2014. Socially, Mr. Dolski is an avid jazz trumpet player and cyclist.
Justin Belcher joined BlueGrace in 2009 and now leads many of the company’s IT initiatives through its 19 locations. Justin has played an integral part in developing our strong focus on technology in his role as CIO where he spearheads the company’s technological innovation and strategy. He has held various positions in the technology industry, playing key roles in the architecture and design of enterprise systems. He received a BBA from Georgia Southern University, has master’s degrees from the University of South Florida, as well as Pennsylvania State University. He also received accreditation from the American Society of Transportation and Logistics.
Sean Butler comes to BlueGrace Logistics from Mosaic, where he served as the VP of Human Resources for over 18 years. While at Mosaic and Cargill, he managed HR for the worldwide operations for approximately 4200 employees.While Butler has a vast amount of experience in human resources with major corporations like Mosaic and Cargill Fertilizer, Inc., he also enjoys serving on several boards throughout the Tampa Bay area. Notably he serves as the Committee Chair of Compensation Committee for the Lowry Park Zoo and as the Workforce Solutions Committee Chair for Career Source Tampa Bay.
Mark Ford joined BlueGrace Logistics as COO Truckload in April of 2017. With over 20 years experience in the 3rd party logistics industry, Mark specializes in building freight execution teams. Mark was the first person hired to run the brokerage at Coyote Logistics, overseeing revenue from $0 to over $2 billion in the process. Prior to leaving Coyote, Mark managed a sales team of over 750 employees. Mr. Ford earned both a B.S. and M.S. in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. Mark and his wife and two children recently relocated to Tampa, FL. He is a minor-league baseball junkie and devoted Michigan State sports fan.
Robert Beckmann joined BlueGrace in 2010 as General Counsel. He has more than 25 years of experience working with and for Fortune 300 and privately held corporations as an in-house corporate generalist with specialties in mergers and acquisitions, franchise and real estate law. Robert received a B.S.B.A. in Accounting/Computer Information Systems and J.D. from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville, and a Masters of Corporate Law from New York University. He earned his ServiceMaster Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2004.
