ST. PETERSBURG – When Bobby Harris was a boy, his mom was a large influence in his life. As a Cuban-American work ethic was en-grained as a young child. Harris started BlueGrace Logistics in Tampa and it now employs more than 500 people. He views Tampa as a top-growing city for business.
