BlueGrace is also a member of the Hispanic Business Enterprise (HBE) Program of the United State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.


The USHCC advocates on behalf of nearly 4.37 million Hispanic-owned businesses that together contribute in excess of $700 billion to the American economy, each year. It is our mission to be the voice for Hispanic Business Enterprises to ensure sustainable long-term economic growth and to enhance the success of small businesses across the country for the benefit of American society. We are proud to say that the USHCC HBE Program allows us to further strengthen this mission.

Two-thirds of American jobs are created by small businesses, and Hispanic enterprises are leading this critical growth; starting new ventures at a rate three times the national average. The Hispanic Business Enterprise (HBE) Program provides a national platform to Hispanic-owned companies that have scaled and grown beyond the scope of local chambers of commerce. In addition to advocating on behalf of HBEs on Capitol Hill and across the country, the USHCC equips members with resources & knowledge to grow their business by raising awareness on procurement opportunities and introducing them to a broad network of decision makers in both the public and private sectors.
