New employees, or NewGracers as we call them, have the opportunity to be paired one-on-one with a seasoned employee to provide guidance and support from day 1 of their career at BlueGrace. The BG Mentorship Program not only serves to engage our NewGracers, but also to develop the mentors who participate. After six months, you may choose to participate in the BG Forum where you are grouped with other team members and a C-Suite Executive for more in-depth business coaching.

The Transparency in Coverage Final Rules require certain group health plans to disclose on a public website information regarding in-network provider rates and historical out-of-network allowed amounts and billed charges for covered items and services in two separate machine-readable files (MRFs).  The MRFs for the benefit package options under the Blue-Grace Logistics, LLC Health Plan are linked below:
